In case for any reason you are not satisfied with the product received, please contact our Customer Support at firstname.lastname@example.org – we will be happy to serve you. You have a full right to return your product within 30 days from the moment you have received your order.
Please note, that we are not responsible for the shipping costs of returns. Please do not send anything back to us without first sending an email at email@example.com and telling us, that you would like to return your product. We will answer your email as soon as possible, normally within 24 hours, and provide you further information regarding your return.
The products returned have to be unused and in their original packaging. We will not accept any returns if 30 days have passed since you have received your product. Please note that we do not refund or replace any products that you possibly have sent back to us without first announcing us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org and waited for our response, in order to get further guidance on the matter.
Depending on from where you are sending the return back to us and which courier service you choose to use, the estimated time for the return to reach our warehouse is 1–4 weeks globally. When your return arrives at our warehouse, please allow us 7 business days to process the return and get back to you about the refund. Please remember that we do not refund or pay the shipping / courier costs for your return. Only the price you originally paid for the product, will be refunded.
In case of a possible product defect, please contact us at email@example.com, so we will give you instructions on how to proceed in order to get a replacement for a defected product.
